The title is part of the cover artwork itself, so changing it means repainting the cover. That is exactly what the retitle flow does: choose a new title and the cover is regenerated with it.

Yes, please read your book fully before ordering a printed copy. The print is produced from your book exactly as it is, so make any regenerations or title changes first. When every page reads the way you want, it is ready for print.
