Payments and Refunds

Choose your book, confirm immediate creation and pay through Stripe Checkout. The price includes any new character portraits selected for that book. Generation starts after confirmed payment. Extra book-image regenerations, portrait adjustments and a $1.99 coloring pack have their own checkout. A purchased coloring pack can be downloaded again at no extra cost.

If paid generation fails, we automatically refund the full payment, including tax, to your original payment method. It may take your payment provider a few days to show it. At each digital checkout you request immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right once performance begins. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Stripe Managed Payments is the merchant of record for digital purchases. Stripe calculates and collects applicable VAT or sales tax at each checkout. Prices in the app are in USD. Checkout may offer your local currency through Adaptive Pricing and always shows the final amount before you pay. We never see your card details.
